Necessary information

1. Title of doctoral thesis, Author, Doctoral thesis number, Year of award, and specific page or area that you request for photocopy.
2. Applicant name, contact information （address, telephone number, E-mail address, name of company and department）.
3. Name of person who pays, and address （write same as 2. if so）.
4. Delivery address （if different from 2）

Notice

• In copyright law, it is required to get permission from author when more than half of full text of thesis is copied.
• If you already got permission from author, please send a proof letter to Nagaoka University of Technology Library. We will contact to author if you have not gotten permission from author yet.
• Price for copy is 50 yen per one page plus delivery fee.
• Method of payment is pay through the bank transfer in advance.
• Please request through the Library that you laboratory or company belong to, if there is.
